Hey there, all my LJ parents, students, teachers, and administrators -- anyone have strong opinions one way or the other about "virtual high schools"?

Taking HS courses online for whatever reason, or getting an entire HS education online?

Whether they prepare kids for college/careers?

Why schools offer them, why kids choose them?

I'm doing research and I need your thoughts!
